A concrete shell planned as six turnkey suites · Sozopoli, Halkidiki

An unfinished concrete frame, planned for completion as a four-level building of six independent suites for rental or hospitality use. The proposal, prepared with Interior 28, covers every stage from studies and permits to furnishing and handover, in sixteen work packages under one coordinator, with written approval before each task. Estimated completion time is three months from the building permit. The cover image is a rendering of the finished building; the second photograph shows the shell as it stands today.
